Terry Keller joined CAPTEK as VP of Sales after nearly 30 years in the consumer packaged goods and dietary supplements industries. His experience building private label manufacturing and branded businesses has earned him the reputation amongst customers and co-workers of being “extremely dedicated, strategic and resourceful, and one who places a premium on integrity, accountability, and communication.”
Terry has served in senior leadership sales and marketing roles across a range of companies – from large organizations to smaller, more entrepreneurial businesses; from privately-held to publicly-traded to private equity-owned. He has cultivated top-to-top relationships with customers, retailers, and suppliers as a result of his commitment to building highly adaptable organizations and customer-driven cultures. Terry’s complete product life-cycle expertise – from R&D to sourcing to manufacturing and operations to sell through – is a valuable resource not only to his customers but to internal teams and direct reports.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, Terry and his wife have loved calling Utah home since 2000, where they enjoy upland bird hunting (with their five dogs!) and golf. Terry is also an avid fly fisherman and skier.
Randy Bridges joined CAPTEK as Chief Executive Officer bringing more than 30 years of industry-leading expertise in the consumer package goods companies, biotechnology, textile, chemical, and agricultural industries. The depth and breadth of his experience spans a unique skillset grounded in finance, sales, production, and operations.
Prior to joining CAPTEK, Randy held senior leadership positions in world-class companies such as Santa Cruz Nutritionals, Align Technology, and Monsanto. He presided over domestic and international operations, SEC filings, treasury and risk, strategic planning, logistics, sales and marketing support, asset management, acquisition and divestitures, and licensing and royalty agreements. He is a facilitator and team-builder with a specialty in both start-up and scaled growth stages.
Randy earned his Master’s Degree in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Arizona State University. Northern California has been his home for the last 25 years where he enjoys hiking, biking and spending time with his wife.
Jan Fuhr Miller joined CAPTEK as CFO with more than 25 years’ experience within the healthcare and consumer goods industries having previously worked for PolyPeptide Laboratories, CMC/AGC Biologics, Honeywell, Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals and Colgate Palmolive.
He has previously worked in senior global and local leadership positions for public-traded, privately held and PE-owned businesses in the US, Europe and Asia leading and building strong Finance, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain and Business Process/PMO and IT/IS teams.
Prior to joining CAPTEK, Jan led the successful journey of taking a global CDMO company public on the Swiss market.
At CAPTEK, Jan works closely with the rest of the leadership in establishing and executing our strategic plans. He plays an integral role in the strategic development of financial, IT and Supply Chain policies, procedures, and best practices.
With his European background, Jan earned his Master of Economics and Finance from the University of Aarhus in Denmark and Cranfield School of Management in the UK. He also holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Jan is married and has two children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with the family, jogging, and traveling.
Kevin Tully joined CAPTEK as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing after nearly 25 years of experience in global sales and marketing, building market share for branded and private label manufacturing businesses.
Prior to joining CAPTEK, Kevin spent the last 17 years at leading companies including Pharmavite, Nice-Pak, and Nature’s Bounty. Kevin consistently delivered double-digit sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities. These include the establishment and growing of market share, and devising solutions to a wide range of business, sales, and marketing challenges. Kevin is recognized for his customer development and leadership, overseeing customer P&L, trade budget, and improving customer profitability. He has developed and maintained top-to-top customer relationships built on healthy client-focused values.
At CAPTEK, Kevin is an integral part of the leadership team and works closely with executives on developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. His marketing acumen will lead the company in developing new channel strategies, category growth, increased points of distribution, increased promotional executions, and pricing and retail performance objectives.
An Ohio native, Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati. Kevin is married and has three adult children. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing golf.
Lupe Rodriguez joined CAPTEK as Vice President of Human Resources after 30 years of human resources experience in diverse industries. Prior to joining CAPTEK, Lupe led the development of corporate human resource key initiatives in recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, and organizational development.
At CAPTEK, Lupe collaborates with the management team to execute the company’s vision and mission. She plays an integral role in the strategic development of human resource policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as identifying and implementing long-range talent management goals.
A longtime resident of the greater Los Angeles area, Lupe attended Mount St. Mary’s College and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Chapman University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Lupe enjoys exploring CA trails on her spare time and always looks forward to her next international journey.
Terry brings over 20 years of experience to the Dietary Supplement Industry. During this time he has held senior management positions within the operations, sales and marketing departments. This invaluable and unique industry knowledge and experience has allowed Terry to successfully manage new and repeat product demands through the complete manufacturing process while maintaining a high degree of designed quality and service to our valued clients. Terry’s success at each stage of his career is evident by the operational stability and sales success being realized at CAPTEK.
As a Wisconsinite and graduate of the University of Wisconsin (On Wisconsin!), Terry hitched his wagon on a one-way journey to Southern California over 20 years ago and embarked on his continuing adventures into the dietary supplement world where he currently lives with his wife and two daughters.
An accomplished Quality and Regulatory Affairs manager, Bibu brings over 11 years of extensive Quality Control experience driving brand and product integrity for companies within the health wellness and dietary supplement industry.
Before joining CAPTEK, Bibu held management positions at distinguished companies such as GOED and Paragon Laboratories. In these roles, Bibu was adept at validating and commissioning production equipment, supervising analytical and microbiology laboratories for pharmaceutical/OTC CMOs, and strategic planning and execution to consolidate laboratories to simplify operations under a single quality umbrella for increased profitability. He also has experience with intellectual property rights, with 1 patent awarded in 2024 and 2 other patents pending with USPTO. He is recognized as a proactive, pragmatic leader who aids staff by prioritizing work, managing resources, providing tools, and professionally developing direct reports.
A native of India, Bibu earned a Ph.D. in Natural Resource Management from West Virginia University and is currently enrolled in an MBA program at California State University – Fullerton, graduating in May 2024. He and his wife have two children. In his spare time, Bibu enjoys reading, outdoor photography, sports, and travel.
Building on over 25 years of experience in Product Development, Tim has a thorough understanding of what is needed to make even challenging softgel concepts into reality.
Prior to joining the CAPTEK team, Tim Chiprich held R&D management positions at Nutrition Express, Leiner Health Products and at R.P. Scherer. He also held Scientist / Formulator positions at General Nutrition Products and Pennex Products. In his roles, he led teams responsible for the development of pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, and cosmetic products in softgels, hard shell capsules, tablets, liquids, and powdered dosage forms but his passion is softgels. He has also participated in gelatin research and new technology projects and has several pending and granted patents involving specialty gelatin-based products and delivery systems.
A native of western Pennsylvania, Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the California University of Pennsylvania. He lived and worked in Pittsburgh, PA, Greenville, SC, St. Petersburgh, FL and Charlotte, NC, before finding his way to California – his home now for the last 7 years. In his spare time, Tim enjoys hiking and is an avid collector of early American and classic coins.
